Valerie Daze is the new number 2 in the Rock division. A former Rock group manager, she is well known & she wants to move into corporate as she has gotten older and wants more stability. But she has a wild past and her wild tendencies re-emerge as she gets success at DC Records.

ROSSI & WEST Pilot
4 LATINO Men are sitting in the back of an After Hours Spot in Upper Manhattan. A "Black" man walks into the club. He walks over to the bar and orders a drink. He turns around and he looks at the men sitting in the booth. The bartender brings his drink. He pays and tips the bartender.
He downs the entire drink in one swig. He looks at the men again. He stands up and walks toward them slowly. He pulls out a gun as he strides toward them. One of the men sees him coming. He sees the gun as the gunman aims it at them. His eyes light up. The other men turn to see what he sees. They see the gun and they all reach for their own guns. It's too late.
The gunman starts shooting. All 4 men are hit. One guy manages to squeeze off one shot. The gunman walks briskly toward the bar. He scoops up the glass he was drinking from. He puts it into his pocket as he walks out the door. One of the badly injured men staggers to the front door, with his gun in his hand.
He sees the gunman driving by the club in his getaway car. The injured man and the gunman trade shots. The injured man gets hit with several more shots and he falls to the ground. Dead. The gunman speeds from the scene.
CUT TO:
EXT.- WASHINGTON HEIGHTS STREET- EL PISTINO CLUB- DAY
Detectives Rossi & West pull up to the scene of the crime.
WEST- Damn. Lieutenant Lombardo is here. I hate that bastard.
ROSSI- Maybe he'll be nice to us today.
West glares at Rossi.
WEST- Are you crazy? He's never nice to us.
ROSSI- Well... he used to be nice to me, before you and me became partners.
WEST- Bastard... I don't know why he hates me so much.
Rossi glares at West
ROSSI- Fool, you know exactly why he hates you.
WEST- Racism?
ROSSI- Racism my ass. You banged his damn girlfriend.
WEST- How was I supposed to know she was his girlfriend?

ROSSI- He's married? So what? A guy can't have a girlfriend on the side? Most of the cops out here have a wife, AND a girlfriend.
WEST- Well, she's too good for him anyway. Now, deal with that.
ROSSI- Well, you better not bang any of my women.
WEST- Nah, man... I don't go after my friends' women.

West looks out the car window.

Jo Jo Cappaletti knew what it was like to be in a gun battle and a war with those crazy-ass Caruso family brothers, Dino & Gino Caruso.
Joseph "Jo Jo" Cappaletti was a Caruso-connected soldier in the Cappaletti crew, run by his brother, Lorenzo. The previous year, the Carusos were locked in a brief, but violent war with the wild-ass shooters in the Gucciano family.
He knew that Dino & Gino Caruso loved to shoot guys. He knew that the brothers loved to do their own work, instead of having other soldiers and associates do their planned shootings.
And they loved to do their shootings with a machine-gun. Drive-bys, walk-ups, apartment raids, with machine guns blazin', Dino & Gino Caruso loved doing that kind of work, themselves.
They got that love of shooting enemies from the wounded, former Caruso family boss, their father, Gino Caruso Sr.
Even though Gino Sr. doesn't do shootings any more as the family boss, he was a known shooter the whole time the family was run by his father Enzo and later, by Enzo's brother, Tomasso, after Enzo went to prison.
On Friday night, on May 22nd, the Cappaletti Crew was moving out 10 deep in a fleet of luxury cars, each car with 3 or 4 Cappaletti Soldiers and associates all heading out to a club in Brooklyn called The Catalina Club.
They were all heavily armed, ready for action if necessary, but mostly getting ready to move in on the beautiful girls they knew would packing this club; from those waiting on line outside the club, to the cuties already inside the club, shaking their booties to the music.
When they pulled up outside the club, there was a long line of beautiful girls standing outside the club, wearing Micro-Mini-skirts and high heels that showed off their beautiful feet on the warm Spring night, as they waited for the bouncer to let them inside the gangster and player-packed club.
As they pulled up to the club with the music pumpin' in their ride, Lorenzo Cappaletti, the 32 year old boss of the Cappaletti crew, an offshoot crew of the Caruso family, run by their boss, 49 year old, Mario Caruso, Lorenzo was sitting inside his 2026 Mercedes S580, along with his younger brother Jo Jo and 2 other Cappaletti soldiers, Eddie Bellino and Joey Canizzaro, known as Joe The Barber.
As they were sitting at the light, 30 feet from the club, Lorenzo spotted a man moving toward the car. Lorenzo pulled out his shit, just in case. He never let a man approach him without his hand inching toward his gun.
The other Cappaletti Soldiers saw Lorenzo go for his shit, and they pulled out their guns too. The muthafucka ran towards the car as he pulled out his gun. The Cappalettis were already firing.
Three guys were firing shots from the front and back of the car. The only one who didn't shoot was Eddie Bellino who was sitting behind Jo Jo, on the rear passenger side of the car.
He would have had to shoot past Lorenzo to hit the guy, so he opened the rear passenger door and started firing from a standing position, over the top of the car. The guy was hit multiple times and he dropped onto the pavement.
Eddie Bellino ran over to the guy who was laying on the ground and he fired 4 shots into his body and the last shot crashed through his dome, killing him for sure.
"Eddie, get in ! Get in !" Joey Canizzaro moved over in the back seat and Eddie jumped into his seat and Lorenzo hit the gas.
The other cars in the fleet, seeing the gunfire, they all speeded from the scene, blasting by the dead gunman laying on the street, except for the last car. They were already double-parked down the block from the club and they stayed to watch the aftermath.
When the cop cars showed up, they slowly left the scene. They left Ralphie Reggiano behind to watch, like he was a spectator. He left his gun with his crew in case one of the cops thought he looked suspicious and decided to frisk him. He stayed in touch with his crew by cell phone. He just talked to people in the crowd about the shooting, asking them, "Hey what happened?" "Somebody got shot?" "Oh really?" "Yeah, he's laying on the ground over there."
Ralphie knew exactly what had happened. Somebody tried to kill his boss, Lorenzo. The only question is: Who would have the balls to try to kill a well-defended Lorenzo Cappaletti in public like this?
This attempted murder of boss of the Cappaletti Crew, affiliated with the Caruso Family would definitely be responded to. This attempted hit on Lorenzo Cappaletti would set off a 3 Family city-wide war that would engulf, Black, Asian and Latino Gangster & Drug Crews as well as groups associated with the other families, somehow got dragged into this Cappaletti war.

President Archer Winthrop (Daniels) thinks his new position as "The Most Powerful Man in thee World, means that he can do whatever he wants, based on what he saw Previous PRESIDENT TRUMP get away with. That causes cheating and corruption scandals, as he tries to surreptitiously hook up with female Congresswomen, Senators, Mayors, Governors & female Heads of State.
On the first day in office as the President, Vice President & the First Lady & The Second were celebrating, they were shocked to hear the President and The Vice President talking about how much women were going to be attracted to them, now that they were President & Vice President. The First Lady told him he wasn't getting any girls and do not get us thrown out of this house.
The President was convinced of his absolute Power, so he did whatever he wanted. It led to him to getting wrapped up in the suspicion of cheating, coming from his wife the First Lady. She starts to pump the Vice President for information about the President's cheating, since the Vice President is being locked out of important meetings by the President because the President doesn't trust the Vice President; because somebody is leaking info to the press and the President thinks it might be the VP. So, the Vice President is bitter about getting frozen out of the meetings and the First Lady sees this as an opportunity to get information about her husband's suspected cheating.
The President also has to deal with embarrassing infighting amongst his top Cabinet members, which also has been leaked to the media. The Secretaries of State, Defense, Treasury, Commerce and others, battle for power and access to the President so fiercely that it sometimes leads to Physical confrontations. Right in the Situation Room and the (Cabinet Room).
Then, as the scandals mount, the President launches a war with (Cuba), to distract from his numerous scandals, and it turns into a disaster for the President. All the while, The shunned Vice President is lurking and plotting the President's downfall. This is only a small part of turmoil in... THE WHITE HOUSE... The House of Secrets and Scandals.
